Triple-Layer Technology

First, we make our knife and shear blades from premium stainless steel, known for its rust resistance. We then polish the surface to a bright finis. Making the surface mirror-smooth reduces the exposed surface area, creating fewer places where corrosion can start.

Next, we passivate the blades, Passivation forms rust-restant chromium oxide below the outer surface to create a wall of defense against salt water.

Finally, we treat the surface with out Titanium Bonded precess to increase hardness and defend it even more from the elements.

The Titanium bonded stainless steel blades will not flake, blister, chip, or peel. The patented Titanium Bonding process make the Cuda Micro Scissor three times harder than untreated steel. It will cut better and stay sharper longer.

Corrosion Resistant

The blade of the Cuda Micro Scissor is made with stainless steel. The chromium content in this steel is a key part of what makes a stainless steel blade so ideal. Chromium reacts with oxygen to produce a layer of protection over the steel resulting in the blade becoming corrosion resistant and allowing it to work at top performance in wet environments.
